Project Description

The scope of the $562 million Frankston hospital redevelopment, procured as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) delivered under the Partnerships Victoria Framework, includes the design and construction of a new multi-level inpatient tower with capacity for 120 beds and new operating theatres at the Frankston Hospital site at 2 Hastings Road, Frankston.

Scope also includes the refurbishment and decommissioning of existing buildings and assets at Frankston Hospital.

Frankston Hospital​

The PPP involves bringing together a private consortium Exemplar Health to design, construct, finance and maintain the new facility for a period of 25 years.

Our Involvement

ProSquared led the development of a Schedule Risk Analysis of the consortium’s Primary Package Program and provided support to the development of a Lender’s Technical Advisor Report.

ProSquared’s P6 Primavera subject matter experts provide the analysis and assessment within a very short period to provide confidence and surety to the financiers involved in the consortium.
