Alex Daly
Executive Director
Alex is a project leader with 22 years’ experience providing project development advice from strategy through to project delivery. He has extensive technical and commercial experience in the development of projects, providing robust advice to clients from project inception to contract award.
Alex has extensive experience in the development and procurement of major infrastructure programs and projects within the building, infrastructure heavy rail, metro rail, utilities, motorways, motor sport and oil and gas sectors in both Australia and the UK.
Alex’s extensive experience has been demonstrated across a range of major projects including Schools Infrastructure NSW, Sydney Metro City & Southwest Tunnel & Station Excavation package and the Martin Place Station Development with Macquarie Bank, Western Harbour tunnel and Sydney Metro West tunnelling packages.
Wilma Penrose
Executive Director
Wilma is a seasoned infrastructure executive who has extensive experience advising both government and private sector clients. Wilma’s area of expertise has centred around developing and supporting large complex infrastructure investments. She is a knowledgeable and pragmatic senior advisor who understands the complexity of major infrastructure procurement in multidisciplinary environments, where stakeholders, customers, contractors, services, and project scale are key challenges. Her background provides a rare combination of engineering and construction experience, as well as commercial and transaction advisory. Wilma is a member and graduate of the AICD, and she also holds qualifications in Arbitration and Mediation.
Wilma specialises in providing strategic advice on project delivery, analysis, and resolution of complex commercial and financial issues – including processes and contract formulation to financial, legal, commercial and technical teams. She has extensive international and Australian procurement and delivery experience and has a high degree of knowledge of complex infrastructure projects / programs and asset management.
Throughout her career, Wilma has worked in several industries including, oil & gas, water, energy, transport and defence. Wilma also has in-depth knowledge and practical experience of regulated assets.
Wilma brings a wealth of experience to help clients define and develop strategic project financial and commercial objectives.
Henry Sell
Executive Director
Henry has 20 years’ experience working with tier one contactors, professional services firms, and technology businesses in Australia and APAC/ EMEA regions with specific focus on the transport, energy and natural resources sectors.
He has in-depth experience working with state and federal government agencies and their supply chain, to deliver best in class solutions across their multi-billion-dollar capital works programs.
He has worked extensively in the energy and natural resources sectors with developers, operators and their EPC/ EPCMs contractors, developing and managing teams providing commercial and project management and program management advisory services.
Henry is passionate about investing in people and culture to achieve successful business outcomes.
