  • North West Line – $8.3 billion

Sydney Metro is revolutionising how Australia’s biggest city travels with a reliable turn-up-and-go metro services with fully accessible stations.

Our Involvement

Since 2019, ProSquared supported Sydney Metro at the Enterprise level, providing advice to the Office of the Chief Executive with regards to organisational processes and procedures across both the PMO and the Commercial Functions.

ProSquared advised Sydney Metro’s PMO in relation to the assessment and implementation of a P3M3 maturity model. ProSquared produced a White Paper “Project Management Maturity Model Comparison – OPM3 vs P3M3” which recommended P3M3 as it aligns with Sydney Metro’s approach to portfolio, program and project management functions, and provides the basis for the development of a road map for continuous improvement that is both flexible with its implementation and scalable for a “fit for purpose” deployment.

ProSquared guided Sydney Metro through the assessment planning phase, including the recommended approach and methodology to enable a P3M3 assessment.
